Double Blank Detection in Sheet Metal Processing:


Double Sheet or Double Blank Detectors are required in blank destacker, sheet feeder, robot loader, blank washers, blank lubricator, magnetic conveyors, or in the centering station to provide die protection for stamping presses. Hidden parts detection enable poka yoke verification in body-in-white production. When manufacturing tailor welded blanks - TWBs - undetected double blanks can cause substantial tool damage.
